Wholesale Beaver Tail which have been preserved in formaldehyde. These beaver tails will measure between approximately 8 inches and 12 inches in length and 4 inches and 6 inches wide.  These tails are sticky when you touch them and are very oily. These beaver tails will have a odor from the formaldehyde that will subside once it is aired out.  Under the scaly skin, a beaver tail is made up of a spongy fat with a tail bone running down the middle. The ends of the beaver tails have been painted black. These tails are from wild beaver and may have natural imperfections.

You will receive a beaver tail that looks similar to those pictured. These are from wild beaver and will have natural imperfections (chips, cracks, etc) that would be found on all wild animals.
