44-pound Case of wholesale Aluco Vertagus seashells or Cerithium aluco.  These are small shells found in the southwestern Pacific Ocean.  They are species of sea snail in the family Cerithidae, the ceriths. They are found from the tidal zone to up to thirty feet in depth. These wholesale cerithium aluco, or aluco vertagus shells sold in bulk measure between approximately 1-1/2 inches to 2-1/2 inches in length. Cerithiums can be used in shell craft projects such as making shell mirrors, wreaths and X-mas ornaments.

Our shells are commercial grade. All seashells sold in bulk, by the gallon and by the kilo will contain some unusable shells and there will be a little gravel in the bags!
