Fox Shells Hand Picked

These Striped Fox Conch seashells for crafts and shells for hermit crabs, also referred to as Trapezium Horse Conch shells, Pleuroploca trapezium,  belong to the conch family. These seashells for crafts and for hermit crabs are approximately 8 inches to 9 inches long. The fox conch shells are used in making seashell candles, seashell mirrors, seashell wedding centerpieces, seashell ornaments, as accents in shell baskets and in numerous shell craft projects. The Striped Fox has prominent spiral ridges and a shoulder with angled stumpy tubercles. The shell features red-brown striped markings. Its native to the Indo-Pacific region, ranging from the Indian Ocean East to the Northern coast of Australia.
